We are eager to make our customers happy and, as such, have tried to put into place a shipping and delivery policy that will make you smile.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the US!
Our UK and Canadian costumers only have to pay a fixed shipping fee for their entire order. This is:
- UK: £3.99 fixed shipping rate for your entire order
- Canada: $7.99 (CAD) fixed shipping rate for your entire order
At the moment we are only able to ship to the US, UK and Canada. We hope to be in a position to expand to other countries in the future, so please bear with us as we grow.
How long will shipping take?
The average shipping times will vary depending on what product you purchase and please know that if you buy different products in one order they may arrive separately.
We have done our best to provide average delivery times in each product’s description so you have an idea of timing for that specific product. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
As an example, our dog shirts for humans may take:
- 7-12 days for the US
- 8-10 days for the UK
- 15-17 days for Canada
But it is best to refer to the shipping timeframes outlined in each product description.
We work with suppliers that have locations worldwide so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at enquiry@pawfectexpressions.com with your order number. Please note that PawFect Expressions is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. However, if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, please reach out to us to discuss if there is a way we can try to help resolve this for you, but there are no guarantees.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please refer to our return policy and contact us within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
