Terms & Conditions of our Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope that you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

We do accept returns within 14 days if the following circumstances are met:

    • An item was received with significant damage.  Please provide photographic proof. (Please note that some of our items, such as our hoodies may at first appear to be stained – however, as the note in our packaging mentions it may just need a wash the first time.  If the problem persists, please come back and discuss with us)
    • Products in their original packaging with labels
    • Product has not been used or worn
    • Proof of purchase will be required to qualify for a return. 
    • Please contact us at enquiry@pawfectexpressions.com to provide the necessary proof of damage and we will do our best to make things right for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for:

    • The wrong size or colour (unless the mistake was made on our end)
    • Products made to your own specifications, made to your measurements or personalised for you, unless faulty.
    • You changing your mind (please note, EU & UK customers have statutory rights to a refund within a 14 day cooling period)
    • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (i.e. face coverings, earrings, swimwear, bedding)
    • Used or worn products
    • Products or packaging in poor condition
    • Products you received over 14 days ago
    • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
    • Products without original packaging or labels
    • Any sale items

Gift Returns

Please note that eligible refunds will be processed and provided only to those who made the original payment, so if you have received something as a gift, the gift giver will find out about your return and will receive the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as each item is lovingly made for you we cannot provide exchanges for the wrong size. 

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we will be unable to assist you. 

Refunds

Once you have provided evidence of the damaged goods and proof of purchase, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Refund Timeframes

Please note that if you are due a refund, the refund processing time can vary depending on the payment method and your bank/credit card company.  Please be patient as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
